The Engagement Process between QMR, Client & Candidate/s is broken down into 4 Simple Stages:
1. STAGE 1 – CLIENT RECRUITS (CLICK HERE: IMPORTANT JOB DISCLOSURE INFORMATION)
Client Conducts All Sourcing/Recruiting Activity, Makes Final Hiring Selection/s & Determines Compensation Package (Annual Salary, Benefits etc.)
Client Authorizes QMR to Present offer to Candidate/s
2. STAGE 2 – QMR ADMINISTRATES WORK INTERVIEW
Upon Offer Acceptance by the Candidate, they will be set up as a Contract Employee with QMR. NOTE: To Start the On-boarding Process, Background Checks/Drug Screenings can be initiated by Client Request & Candidate Authorization.
As "Employer of Record” We Assume Responsibility for All Payroll activity, Taxes, Employee Benefits, Workers Comp etc.
3. STAGE 3 – CLIENT ONSITE SUPERVISION
Client Assigns & Oversees Contract Employee's Job Responsibilities, Daily Work Activity & Performance Reviews
Client Authorizes Work Schedule & Approves Weekly Time Sheets
4. STAGE 4 – DECISION TIME: CONVERT, DELAY, OR TERMINATE
After a Minimum of 600 hrs. is completed by the Contractor, the Client has 3 Options:
ONE) Convert to Direct Hire Status, TWO) Delay the Conversion, or THREE) Terminate Contract Employment.
