  1. CLIENT CONDUCTS INITIAL SOURCING/RECRUITING (CLICK - IMPORTANT SERVICE DISCLOSURE)

  2. QMR MANAGES THE INTERVIEW PROCESS BETWEEN APPLICANTS & HIRING AUTHORITIES

  3. CLIENT MAKES HIRING DECISIONS & ASSIGNS CANDIDATES TO QMR FOR A CONTRACT PROBATION PERIOD OF 1,040 HRS. (25 Weeks)  

  4. BY OR BEFORE THE END OF THE PROBATION PERIOD, THE CLIENT HAS 3 OPTIONS:

  • Convert Candidate/s to Permanent Employee Status

  • Extend the Probation Period

  • Terminate Contract Employment.
