BIO: LARRY L. CHISM
Larry L. Chism is an Entrepreneur & Sr. Talent Acquisition Executive with 25+ years of experience. As CEO of Quantus Management Resources (QMR), Larry is responsible for achieving the firms Mission & Vision of delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.
During his career, Larry has worked for global staffing firms like Robert Half (RHI) and Management Recruiters International (MRI) along with other local Boston based firms. He’s served clients ranging from Startups to SMBs as well as domestic and global companies like TJX Corporation (Marshalls, TJ Maxx brands), United Technologies (A Raytheon Corp.) & Staples to name a few. In addition, Larry spent several years working outside the staffing industry as a Sr. VP of Resource Development & Brand Management for United Way Pioneer Valley (A Nonprofit) and an AGM for Brooks Brothers Clothiers, Boston Region.
Larry earned his Bachelor's Degree in Sociology with a minor in Business Administration from Framingham State University and later received professional training at the American Management Association in New York along with completing several business courses at the Harvard University Extension School Program.
