BIO: LARRY L. CHISM
Larry is an Entrepreneur & Talent Acquisition Leader with 25+ years invested in the Staffing Industry. As CEO of Quantus Management Resources (QMR), he's responsible for daily operations and achieving the firms Mission & Vision of Delivering Exceptional Customer Service.
Early in his career, Larry worked for global staffing firms like Robert Half (RHI) and Management Recruiters International (MRI) in addition to local Boston based firms. He's Managed Assignments for High Profile Companies like TJX Corporation (Marshalls, TJ Maxx, Home Goods etc.), United Technologies Co. (A Raytheon Corp.), Dell/EMC, Staples & more. Larry also spent several years in other professional assignments that included Sr. VP & Fundraising Executive for United Way Pioneer Valley (A Domestic & Global Nonprofit) and as an AGM for Brooks Brothers Clothiers, New England Region.
Larry earned his Bachelor's Degree in Sociology with a minor in Business Administration from Framingham State University and received professional training & certifications from the American Management Association, the Morgan Consulting Group and completed several business courses at the Harvard University Extension School Program.
